2D carbon network arranged into high-order 3D nanotube arrays on a flexible microelectrode: integration into electrochemical microbiosensor devices for cancer detection

Abstract In this work, we develop a new type of mesoporous 2D N, B, and P codoped carbon network (NBP-CNW) arranged into high-order 3D nanotube arrays (NTAs), which are wrapped onto flexible fiber microelectrode, microelectrode is employed as high-performance carbon-based nanocatalyst for electrochemical biosensing. The NBP-CNW-NTAs synthesized by facile, controllable, ecofriendly sustainable template strategy using ionic liquids precursors possess high structural stability, large surface area, abundant active sites, effective charge transport pathways, dramatically improve their electrocatalytic activity durability in the redox reaction cancer biomarker H 2 O . Benefiting from these unique merits, superb good biocompatibility, NBP-CNW-NTAs-modified demonstrates excellent sensing performance toward embedded homemade microfluidic biosensor chip real-time tracking secreted different live cells with or without radiotherapy treatment, provides distinguishing types evaluating radiotherapeutic efficacy cells. Furthermore, functional integrated an implantable probe situ detection surgically resected human specimens to distinguish tissues normal tissues. These will be vital significance diagnoses therapy clinical practice.
